At LoomsKraft, every handcrafted bag is thoughtfully made with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. As each piece is carefully prepared before dispatch, we appreciate your patience while we ensure it meets our quality standards.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Handcrafted or made-to-order products may require 5–10 business days before dispatch.

  • Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details via email or SMS.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A standard shipping fee will apply to orders below the free shipping threshold.

  • If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, an additional handling fee may be charged.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, it may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Delays

While we work hard to deliver your order on time, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier network issues, or high order volumes. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request promptly and arrange an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

Currently, LoomsKraft ships within India only. We look forward to offering international shipping in the future.
